Northeastern Counseling Center is a halfway house / transitional living facility located in Vernal, UT (Uintah County). They also provide treatment for non substance related addiction disorder, gambling addiction disorder, and internet use disorder.
They serve DUI/DWI clients only. Northeastern Counseling Center accepts all age groups and treats both men and women.
